My Affiliate Discount code is not working, why?

Please look below for all settings that could hinder the Affiliate Discount code from not working.

Marketing - Affiliate Codes
First make sure you indeed have a code setup. Next click the code and press edit. Verify all fields are filled in properly.

Site Settings - Order Total Module
Click 'Affiliate Discount' and press edit (or install if not already installed). Verify all fields are correct.

NOTE: Within the Order Total Modules, you must have a proper sort order for all of your items. If one or more item has the same sort order, the discount code may not be captured properly.
